After 15 years of corporate experience in the outdoor and technology industries, Ryan McGlone transitioned to residential real estate. He is known for offering superior service and a systematic approach that  produces an unsurpassed customer experience. Ryan is well networked throughout Bend, and his analytical and tech savvy approach to his business keeps his clients well informed of market conditions. My real estate career began in northern Santa Barbara County in 2008.  During that time, I quickly became known for my hard work and dedication and was awarded Rookie of the year for Prudential in 2008 and the Association of Realtors in 2009. Although our roots were deep on the central California coast, our love for the outdoors and excitement for new adventures led our family to Bend, Oregon in 2017. My husband and I, along with our teenage boys embrace all central Oregon has to offer and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to raise our family! 

During our transition to Bend, I worked as a sales executive in the flower industry. As with flowers, the seeds planted during this time bloomed and for the past few years I’ve found my way back to the residential real estate profession. Besides my passions for family, mountain biking, and snowboarding, I am a student of connection and communication.
