After 15 years of corporate experience in the outdoor and technology industries, Ryan McGlone transitioned to residential real estate. A successful 30-year career in fund raising where he secured multimillion-dollar gifts of cash, securities, and real estate undergirds his approach to real estate—an approach based on solid market and technical knowledge, meeting buyers’ and sellers’ objectives, and the importance of relationships.
Stephen also intimately understands the challenges faced by employees and organizations when it comes to corporate relocation. Prior to his career in business development Stephen was a human resources professional where he coordinated international relocation efforts for Mattel Inc., Beckman Instruments, and Fluor Corporation. Stephen is extremely involved in the local Central Oregon community and currently serves as a Deacon at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
