Highly recommend Kacey for your real estate needs in the Bend area! She worked with us for 4 months to find the perfect home to match our needs. Our situation was a bit complex as we were looking for a very specific type of property that is harder to find. Then some unusual issues came up with the property we in negotiations on. She spent a lot of time working with the sellers agent to vet that everything was completed at the time of closing to satisfaction. Kacey and Ryan were always available to take our call or text. We are not from the area and they had a wealth of knowledge and resources to offer us from recommendations on a lender, inspector and handy man, all that we used and were very pleased with.
